For testing purposes test fonts have a limited character set:

Test fonts can be used for unpublished work such as presentations, mockups, web or app designs for approval before licensing the full version.

A Basic License must be purchased before any personal or commercial work goes live.

By downloading the test fonts, you are subject to the terms of the Test Font License.
